Dekko Legacy Group remains committed and thoughtful to supporting its employees during the post-flood crisis. To aid those affected by the recent floods, a Flood Donation Distribution Ceremony was held on November 25 at the company’s Corporate Head Office in Dhanmondi. The initiative targeted 20 non-management employees, categorized by the severity of damage—severe, medium, and low. Recipients in the severe category received BDT 36,000, medium category recipients were granted BDT 18,000, and those in the low category received BDT 10,000 from the funds allocated to help our employees with rehabilitation. The flood has deeply impacted their lives and morale, but we hope this initiative by Dekko serves as a gesture of solidarity and reassurance, letting they know we stand by their side. The program was graced by the presence of the Chairman, who personally handed over the donations to the employees. Members of the Flood Donation Committee, including the CHRO, CFO, ED of Accessories, and COO of DFL, also attended the event to show their solidarity and support. This initiative enforces Dekko Legacy Group’s dedication to rebuilding infrastructure and also rehabilitating the lives of their valued employees.
